Real estate auctions eliminate the need for ongoing open houses and showings. At Liberty we schedule 1-2 open houses prior to the auction. This allows plenty of time for interested parties to view the property. For an on-site auction, the property can be previewed that day as well, so the seller only needs have their home in peak condition three times.
